The problem is not always a lack of leads.
Businesses spend money on advertising, websites, lead platforms, sales teams and referrals to create new enquiries. Some customers buy quickly. Others ask for a quote, discuss finance, arrange a survey, consider timing, speak to a partner, or simply stop replying.
Those records often remain inside a CRM, spreadsheet or old enquiry list. They are not necessarily bad leads. Some were simply not ready at that exact moment.
That is the problem LeadRestore is being built around: helping a business decide which older conversations may deserve another look.
We want the first test to be easy.
Software should prove that it is useful before asking a business to change its systems. That is why LeadRestore can be experienced in two stages.
The 60-second demo uses fixed sample enquiries. It needs no upload, email or card. A business can see how LeadRestore identifies opportunities, explains why they may be worth revisiting and drafts a possible follow-up.
If that makes sense, the Free Audit can analyse up to 50 of the business's own old records. No CRM integration is required just to test it, and no card is required for the Free Audit.

Finding an opportunity is only useful if somebody can do something with it. The current workflow therefore goes beyond a score. LeadRestore can provide a recommended message and make it easier to move that message into Messages, WhatsApp or email for review and sending.
Where a real uploaded record contains a phone number or email address, LeadRestore can use that contact detail on the same device to prepare the recipient field. The business still decides whether contact is appropriate and presses Send itself.
We deliberately keep human review in the workflow. LeadRestore does not automatically contact old customers, and businesses remain responsible for their lawful basis, preferences, suppression lists and opt-outs.
What a paying customer gets
LeadRestore Business is currently £49 per month. It is intended for businesses that want to turn recovery into a repeatable process rather than a one-off audit.
- Larger and repeat recovery scans.
- The full recoverable list produced by a Business scan.
- A Recovery Dashboard for statuses, reminders and outcomes.
- Suggested follow-up messages with practical handoff into messaging and email apps.
- Actual Won Revenue tracking so a team can record what recovery work produces.
For an early-stage product, we think the most important proof is simple: does it help a real business find opportunities it would otherwise have ignored?
What we are building towards
Our next major product direction is a Two-Way Recovery Inbox. The aim is to let a business send an approved recovery message from LeadRestore and receive the customer's reply back inside the Recovery Dashboard.
That is in development planning, not a feature we are pretending is already included in today's £49 plan. Founding Businesses will be the first invited to test it if early customer behaviour confirms that it solves a real problem.
The longer-term vision is a simple recovery workflow: find the right old opportunity, understand why it matters, know what to say, manage the conversation and record the revenue that came back.
Built around businesses that already have demand
LeadRestore is particularly relevant to businesses where one enquiry can be valuable and the buying decision can take time. That includes independent automotive retailers, solar and renewable installers, home-improvement companies, kitchens and bathrooms, agencies, recruitment businesses and other quote-led sales teams.
We are starting by working closely with a small number of Founding Businesses, learning from what they actually do inside the product and prioritising development from evidence rather than adding features for the sake of it.
