LeadRestore exists because valuable opportunities are often lost for a very ordinary reason: the conversation stops, the team gets busy with newer leads, and nobody starts it again.
The Founder
More Than 10 Years Seeing What Good Follow-Up Changes.
I built LeadRestore after more than a decade working in frontline sales and sales management. Across high-volume sales environments, I kept seeing the same pattern: teams naturally focus on today's newest enquiries while older quotes, callbacks and promising conversations quietly fall out of the process.
What I have learned is that a customer's first answer is not always their full answer. “I need to think about it”, “not yet”, a price objection or even silence can hide a completely different issue. The useful job is to find out what is actually holding them back, agree the next step and use the channel they are most comfortable replying on.
I have seen customers ignore calls for weeks and then reply to a text or email almost immediately. Sometimes they need space. Sometimes they are comparing elsewhere. Sometimes they simply do not want an awkward phone conversation. That is why I do not believe silence should automatically be treated as a dead lead.
The first job is not always to close the whole sale. Sometimes the first job is simply to get the conversation moving again.
Callum HansonFounder, LeadRestore · 10+ years in sales and sales management
I have seen sales teams treat an enquiry as dead after only a couple of days because the customer did not say yes straight away. Fresh leads feel easier, so they get the attention. The harder, more awkward opportunities get left behind.
For a small business, the problem can be even simpler: the owner is busy. Business might be going well, there is no time to sit making hundreds of calls, and old opportunities quietly build up. Then some of those customers become ready to revisit the purchase and nobody knows.
I wanted to create something simple that helps a business find those opportunities again, show which ones are worth attention first, and use AI to speed up the work without removing the human side of sales.
Simplicity matters. A business owner does not need another complicated system that becomes another job.
Why Trust the Approach
Experience should shape the workflow. Evidence should shape the claims.
Built around real sales behaviour. The product focuses on stages, notes, timing, opportunity value and unfinished next steps rather than treating every old contact as equally valuable.
The methodology is published. The Recovery Signal Framework explains the practical signals used to judge whether an old enquiry may deserve another look.
No invented customer proof. We will not manufacture testimonials, recovered-revenue claims or success rates. LeadRestore customer results will only be published when they are genuine and appropriately evidenced.
AI is a tool, not the sales strategy.AI helps analyse and draft. The commercial logic, compliance responsibility and final customer contact remain with the business using LeadRestore.
Help Teams Find the Conversations Worth Reopening.
Find what has been forgotten.Review old enquiries, quotes and customer records for opportunities that may still have a sensible next step.
Separate signal from noise.Exclude obvious completed, lost or opted-out records before prioritising the remaining recovery candidates.
Ask a better next question.Good follow-up should use what happened before rather than defaulting to a generic “are you still interested?” message.
Keep the workload manageable.A smaller, prioritised list is more useful than dumping hundreds of old records on a salesperson and turning the exercise into a rushed calling task.
Powered by AI, shaped by sales experience, controlled by a person.LeadRestore suggests who may be worth contacting and what to say. It does not automatically contact customers and it does not replace your business's responsibility for lawful, appropriate follow-up.
Independent Product
LeadRestore stands on its own.
